How do I post and manage a job

How to Post a Job

  • Go to Jobs > My Job Posts from the left menu.
  • Click + Publish Job
  • Complete job details,
  • Select groups (only those matching the job type will appear)


    • Select networks (networks connect independent groups into a trusted ecosystem organized around a larger association, conference, or shared focus)

    


    • Click Publish.


    Notifications

    1. Posted before 2 PM ET → members notified same day at 2 PM ET
    2. Posted after 2 PM ET → notified next day at 2 PM ET


    Managing Your Job Post

    • Applications: Choose email (instant notifications; resumes + short notes) or redirect (candidates apply on your site). All applicants appear in Jobs > My Applicants. Confirmed application counts show in your job list.
    • Views/Expiration: Each job shows total views and days remaining before closing.
    • Editing: Jobs can be edited until the first application; after that, archive + clone to update.
    • Archive: Removes job from active list, keeps record for later review or cloning.
    • Clone: Repost quickly; update details and delete “COPY” in the title.
